History

Cruise Weekly launched in 2007 as a PDF newsletter for travel agents, as a spin-off from Travel Daily, Australia’s leading travel industry publication. The newsletter evolved into a biweekly PDF email – a “consumer” edition for all cruise lovers by email each Tuesday, plus a second “trade update” version for travel industry members each Thursday.

In 2014 the travel-agent focused content was shifted into a twice weekly newsletter renamed as the Travel Daily Cruise Update, with the industry stories online at www.traveldaily.com.au/cruise, so that Cruise Weekly can focus on bringing great cruise news and deals to cruise loving consumers.
