AIDA names new flagship

GERMAN cruise line AIDA Cruises has announced that the first of its newbuild vessels (CW 09 Jul) will be named AIDAprima. The vessel is currently under construction in Japan and will have capacity for about 3,300 passengers and “usher in a new age of cruising” with a beach club, 13 restaurants and a 45m high glass “skywalk” at the ship’s stern.
