CARNIVAL Cruise Line has assured Carnival Spirit was operating "well within capability" when it encountered high seas off the NSW coast last weekend. Spirit was returning to Sydney from Mooloolaba with 2,550 guests on board, including 38 Australian travel agents who were on board for a Travel Agent Seminar at Sea.
