Front row seats for the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race

Catch all the action of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race on Saturday 26th December 2015 onboard Captain Cook Cruises special Boxing Day cruises and experience the start of the race as the fleet sets sail from Shark Island.

Choose from three fantastic cruises, the Boxing Day Race Picnic, Boxing Day Race to Bondi or the Shark Island experience.

For the adventurous, support the race leaders all the way to Bondi on the Boxing Day Race to Bondi Cruise. The cruise is held onboard an ocean-going super catamaran an d includes commentary. Passengers are invited to bring their own picnic lunch and non-alcoholic drinks.

Departing from No 6 Jetty Circular Quay at 11.30am and returning at 2.00pm, Boxing Day Race to Bondi cruises are $129 per person.

Secure a seat at the race start aboard the Boxing Day Race Picnic cruise held on Captain Cook Cruises premiere fleet including commentary, a complementary beer, wine or soft drink, plus tea or coffee. Passengers can bring their own picnic lunch with beverages available for purchase onboard.

Boxing Day Race Picnic cruises are $89 per person and depart from No 6 Jetty Circular Quay at 10.30am and return at 2.00pm.

For a relaxed Boxing Day, pack a picnic rug and lunch to experience 360° harbour views from Shark Island, the best vantage point on dry land to see the start of the Sydney to Hobart Yacht race.

Captain Cook Cruises in conjunction with NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service will operate a special ferry service departing Commissioners Steps Circular Quay at 9.30am and disembarking at Shark Island at 10.00am. Guests will then depart Shark Island at 2.45pm and disembark at Circular Quay at 3.15pm. The Shark Island Experience is $49.00 for adults and children (5-14yrs) $25.00.
