CRUISE Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia has revealed education breakout sessions will be incorporated into this year's Cruise360 Australasia conference and unveiled two new international speakers. CLIA Australasia md Joel Katz said the sessions were designed to boost agents' business. "The workshops will cover topics integral to the success of cruise travel agents, such as marketing to millennial travellers, using social media to grow a business and leveraging personal branding," he said.
