| Sun Princess lost passenger

SUN Princess arrived in Darwin yesterday
after resuming the 16-day cruise during which
an Australian passenger, 73, disappeared.
The ship was turned around to retrace its
route near WA’s Cape Londonderry but the
Australian Maritime Safety Authority called off
its search on Tuesday.
“We are saddened to report that the
passenger was not located,” the cruise line
said in a statement.
“A member of the Princess Cruises’ Care
team is providing direct support to the
passenger’s wife at this difficult time.”
