FOR the executive prankster
or even maybe just to try and
fool Japanese whalers, consider
the latest example of coolness
from Kiwi designer Rob Innes –
a submarine shaped as a whale.
Boasting a 260-horsepower
four-stroke jet-ski engine,
the fibreglass motor-sub
Seabreachers can breach just
like the real thing and travels
underwater at up to 60kph.
Each one takes three months
to build, costs US$65,000 and is
an entirely legal watercraft fully
certified by Maritime Australia.
An Australian distributor has
been lined up for the craft.
