TWO specially designed Christmas and New
Year’s Eve menus have been released to tempt
guests cruising onboard Costa Cruises’ fleet.
Designed in conjunction with the two
Michelin-star chef Carlo Cracco and celebrity
chef Benedetta Parodi, the Christmas and New
Year’s Eve dinner menus are said to blend
“Cracco’s creative flair, and Parodi’s wholesome,
practical approach to the culinary arts”.
Mouthwatering morsels on offer include fresh
pork sausage with traditional stewed lentils,
guinea fowl, panettone and truffle fondue.
