Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, the world’s most awarded luxury river cruise line, has unveiled its 2018 Boutique River Cruise Collection to the Australian market in-line with the inaugural visit of Ellen Bettridge, President and CEO of Uniworld.
The World is Your Canvas, is Uniworld’s new brand campaign with its message woven into the more contemporary looking brochure. With no two Uniworld voyages or ships alike, guests are encouraged to ‘craft their own masterpiece’ thanks to the one-of-a-kind Exclusive Experiences, masterfully designed architecture that’s themed to the destinations they sail to, luxurious all-inclusive service – and as the brochure states, “You deserve the best, and your voyage is completely up to you.”
The new collection now features each of Uniworld’s 2018 itineraries from around the globe – Europe, Russia, Egypt, India, China, Vietnam and Cambodia; with more than 30 unforgettable adventures in all.
Bettridge spoke fondly of the upcoming S.S. Joie de Vivre launch in March, Uniworld’s newest Super Ship and the first of its kind to sail the Seine River on Uniworld’s popular Paris & Normandy itinerary, with Dame Joan Collins recently announced as its Godmother. Uniworld remains committed to France and the new ship will showcase an appreciation for French food, wine, art and music as well as French-inspired, handcrafted furniture adorning the vessel. The ship will begin cruises in 2017 and will continue sailing in 2018.
As pricing for luxury travel continues to evolve in markets around the globe, Uniworld will lead the way in the river cruising sector by introducing in 2018 a dynamic pricing structure which will contain no fixed pricing grids replaced instead by a pricing guide insert. In the words of Uniworld’s Managing Director of Australia, Fiona Dalton, this move to a more flexible and relevant pricing model “will be less static and more responsive to changing market conditions, allowing our brand to stay as competitive as possible.” The move also allows Uniworld to take a more nimble and innovative approach to marketing and special promotions, while extending the shelf life of brochures in the hands of agency partners throughout Australia.
“We see this as a very positive and on-trend decision, not only for our brand, our business partners and our guests, but for greater environmental sustainability as well,” Dalton explained.
Commenting on the new brochure, Bettridge adds: “While no catalogue of itineraries can ever fully express the delights that await your clients on a Uniworld Cruise, we hope that this year’s enhanced brochure will entice you to book your client’s next vacation with us.”
The most up-to-date pricing will always be available at Uniworld.com.
Uniworld also encourages guests to book in early for the best prices on the 2018 itineraries, pricing for 2018 is on average lower than 2017 prices (until June). As a first for the brand, those who book and pay in full by June 30, 2017 will enjoy 10 percent savings on all voyages. Members of the River Heritage Club, Uniworld’s loyalty program for past guests, will enjoy an additional five percent savings.
