REGENT Seven Seas Cruises has floated out its first new ship class in 10 years, with Seven Seas Prestige hitting the water late last month. The float-out ceremony took place at Fincantieri in Italy, with officials from the shipyard serving as Madrina, shattering a champagne bottle against the ship’s hull.
