Azamara Quest has emerged
from an eight-day drydock a
new woman, complete with a
refresh of all her public areas
and a new ‘Azamara Blue’ hull.
THE first of Azamara Club Cruises’ twin
boutique ships to go under the knife, Quest
enjoyed shipwide renovations including new
carpets, upholstery, and a new colour palatte
across her public spaces, which according to
the company, reflects its “inviting atmosphere”.
During her eight-day stay Quest also received
new mattresses and upgraded veranda
furniture for suites and staterooms; had her
pool resurfaced, and received new sun
loungers and pool towels for her outer decks.
Quest’s Casino Bar also was expanded and
enhanced with new furniture, while her spa
and fitness center was refreshed with a new
steam room, showers, and Life Fitness cardio
equipment.
In terms of food, guests can now look
forward to a new caviar and champagne bar
within Aqualina (one of the Quest’s two
specialty dining venues), as well as a new
Chef’s Table concept featuring three wine
degustation menus: Italian, French and
Californian; and freshly brewed coffee at
Mosaic Café.
Following her drydock release, Quest
embarked on a 13-night Madeira and Canary
Islands voyage, which departed 16 November.
