You will work with trade partners across Australia & NZ to secure sales for our cruise line, luxury travel experiences and Sojourn holiday products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Service incoming telephone calls in an efficient, courteous, professional manner.
• Service and process new and existing reservation requests from travel agents.
• Communicate with organisational support departments as necessary.
• Demonstrate effort to maximise sales and revenue opportunities.
• A dynamic attitude to securing sales
• Travel or hospitality experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn
• Strong computer skills
• Strong knowledge of GDS is desirable (Galileo preferred)
