CULINARY ambassadors will set sail on Holland America Line’s (HAL) longest voyages next year to host a range of destination-inspired gourmet experiences.
New special programming will see celebrity chefs, chocolatiers, and a master tea blender cruise with Holland America next year on four different segments of the line’s Grand Voyages.
Global fresh fish ambassador Chef Masaharu Morimoto, acclaimed Seattle restaurateur Chef Ethan Stowell, and master tea blender and Art of Tea founder and Chief Executive Officer Steve Schwartz will join segments of the 133-day Grand World Voyage, which will visit destinations such as Sydney, Antarctica, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore, and more.
Famed Chocolatier Jacques Torres will also join a portion of the 93-day Grand Australia and New Zealand Voyage.
He will host a decadent chocolate teatime for pax aboard both Grand Voyages, when both Volendam and Zaandam meet in Sydney on 07 Mar. MS
