THE International Association of Antarctica Tour Operators has moved swiftly to allay confusion over the new Heavy Fuel Ban in Antarctica, saying all cruise ships that comply with the new regulation (including large ships) and only carry lighter grade distillate fuels will be able to traverse Antarctic waters.
