Travel Connection has more than doubled
the river and canal cruise offering in its 2014
brochure which was released yesterday.
The program now includes more than 50
pages of options on the waterways of France
including self drive canal boats, crewed canal
barges, crewed yacht charters and river cruises.
Managing director Brad McDonnell told CW
the expansion is in response to a huge surge in
popularity, with many repeat visitors to France
looking for new and interesting experiences.
He highlighted “hotel barges” as a great way
to travel, offering fully inclusive luxury travel
with private touring, cycling and fabulous
cuisine at very reasonable prices.
There’s also an all-inclusive luxury yacht
cruise on the French Riviera, where travellers
cruise in comfort with a professional skipper
and personal chef.
