CORAL Princess Cruises has announced a $1
million dollar refurbishment for its 35-metre
catamaran aptly named, Coral Princess.
The million dollar makeover has already
commenced in Cairns with the 50-passenger
ship being fitted out with new eco-friendly
engines in drydock, as well as expansive teak
decking and new interior and exterior teak
furnishings.
The refurbishment will also see Coral Princess
receive revitalised décor, whilst her dining room
and her lounge areas will be reconfigured.
Coral Princess will emerge from drydock
fresh and fantastic in February 2012, and will
resume her services on the Great Barrier Reef
before returning to the Kimberley region in
early April for the commencement of the 2012
season.
