POLICE say that the death of a 24-year-old
performer onboard Regent Seven Sea Cruises’
Seven Seas Voyager in Darwin is now not being
treated as suspicious.
The woman’s body was found when the ship
was docked on Sunday morning, with
investigators initially requesting an autopsy to
determine the cause of death.
She was believed to be the lead dancer and
singer aboard the vessel.
A spokesperson for the NT Police said “the
crime division are no longer treating the death
as suspicious. Further toxicology results will be
analysed in due course to determine the exact
cause of death”.
