CHINA will soon begin operating cruises to
a region of disputed islands known around
the world as the Paracels and all territorially
claimed by China, Vietnam & Taiwan.
According to Chinese newspaper Xinhua, the
Haihang Group ship company has constructed
a 47,000 tonne vessel with capacity for 2,000
passengers is ready to sail touring cruises, and
another ship is being built.
The first tours will take place next month,
with passengers eating and sleeping on the
boat and visiting the island for sightseeing.
