The move will add thousands of new cruise specialists to the Australian travel agency landscape.
A new partnership between Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) will provide the agency network with globally recognised cruise training.
All of FCTG’s leisure brands will be able to tap into the training, which will include personal development, CLIA resources & toolkits, access to reports and insights, cruise specialist recognition, and more.
CLIA Managing Director Joel Katz said the FCTG agreement will add more than 3,000 travel consultants to the trade association’s global cruise community.
