More confidence needed for Cruise360 to go ahead.
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has reluctantly decided to delay its Cruise360 Australasia conference for 2022 to a yet-to-be-confirmed date.
CLIA noted desires to hold the cruise gathering in Sydney at a time when greater confidence could be enjoyed and maximum attendance was more achievable from across Australia and New Zealand.
“We have taken into account concerns around attendees’ wellbeing, the ongoing business impacts of the cruise suspension, and current government restrictions on travel and events,” CLIA Managing Director Australasia Joel Katz said.
