Long-time NCL executive returns to the cruise industry.
Nicole Costantin has been appointed as the Head of Sales for Australia and the Asia-Pacific for Explora Journeys, the upmarket luxury cruise brand offshoot announced by MSC Cruises in 2020.
Costantin, who was involved in the local leadership of Norwegian Cruise Line and Star Cruises for more than two decades until late 2019, has since been with Flight Centre’s Independent division, most recently as Head of Sales at Travel Partners.
She joins Explora just 11 months before the new venture’s first vessel, Explora I, will set sail from Barcelona, with Costantin telling trade partners today she plans to now reconnect with the cruising network and showcase the brand to “all luxury travel advisors across the APAC region”.
