Steve Odell to step down, with expanded roles for Lisa Pile and Jason Worth, while on the global stage Andrea DeMarco to lead Regent and Frank Del Rio Jr heads up Oceania.
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has this morning announced a range of organisational changes for the Asia Pacific region, including the departure of the highly respected Steve Odell, APAC MD for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Caroline Smith has been appointed Managing Director, International for Regent Seven Seas Cruises with responsibility for sales and marketing for APAC, EMEA, LATAM and Brazil, while Lisa Pile, currently Regent VP of Sales for Australia and NZ will expand her responsibilities across the region as Vice President Sales and General Manager APAC, reporting to Smith.
Jason Worth, current VP of Sales Australia and NZ for Oceania Cruises will become VP Sales and General Manager APAC for the brand, reporting to Senior VP of Sales for Oceania, Nikki Upshaw, while Ben Angell will continue to represent Norwegian Cruise Line as VP and MD APAC, reporting to NCL VP of International Sales & Marketing, Jason Krimmel.

The reorganisation comes alongside the succession of Del Rio’s son, Frank A. Del Rio to become the next global President of Oceania Cruises, taking over from Howard Sherman effective 01 January 2023. Regent Seven Seas Cruises Chief Marketing Officer, Andrea DeMarco, will become the first female President of Regent Seven Seas, succeeding current President Jason Montague.
