There’s been a changing of the guard at this year’s National Travel Industry Awards, which have seen Viking take out the Most Popular Ocean Cruise Operator category for the first time ever.
Also on the podium was Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, winning the Most Popular River Cruise Operator award. Hurtigruten won the Sustainability Award – Supplier category, while Helen Courias from Holland America Line was named Most Outstanding Sales Executive – Cruise.
