Evergreen Tours has launched a sizzling cabin upgrade offer on 2017 deluxe European river cruises with an upgrade from an Emerald Stateroom (Category E) to an Emerald Balcony Suite (Category C) from only $95, a saving of $1,600pp or $3,200 per couple.
