THIS MONTH NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE WILL START charging a $3.95 surcharge for room service orders taken between midnight and 5am onboard its eight US based ships. The policy will be rolled out to its European based Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Sun in Aug.
