After hosting more than 300,000 passengers on cruises from Australia every summer since 2007, Rhapsody of the Seas – one of the most popular cruise ships ever based in Australia – will farewell our shores for the last time in April, 2015. To mark this occasion, Cruise Express has released a new cruise package to Singapore for Australians keen to say bon voyage to the ship.
Cruise Express will host a 16-night voyage from Sydney to Singapore aboard the deluxe, Royal Caribbean International ship, sailing from Sydney on April 17, 2015. The 2000-passenger Rhapsody of the Seas will visit the Whitsundays, the Great Barrier Reef and Darwin before setting course for Komodo Island in Indonesia – home to the legendary, 3m-long komodo dragon, the world’s largest lizard. The island is also home to a pink-coloured beach – one of only seven pink beaches in the world.
Bali is the last port of call before the cruise ends in Singapore where Cruise Express guests will disembark for a night’s stay, city tour and the chance to enjoy the city’s famous shopping.
The 18-day fly/cruise/stay package, including a flight from Singapore back to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane, hotel accommodation and the cruise is available from $2990 per person, twin share.
