THE Jahan has just completed her maiden
Mekong voyage between Saigon and Siem
Reap under her new Travel Indochina charter
agreement.
The 52-passenger four deck vessel boasts the
highest staff-to-passenger ratio of any ship on
the Mekong, and all staterooms and suites
feature floor to ceiling windows and sliding
doors that open onto a private balcony.
In terms of design, the vessel is crafted with
a British Indian theme in mind, and features a
pool, gym, steam bath, observatory, library,
and boutique.
“Many of the clients said it was much more
like staying in a luxury hotel suite than what
they had experienced previously on river
cruisers in other parts of the world,” said
Travel Indochina’s Managing Director and
Co-founder Paul Hole.
“The response of the passengers was
extremely gratifying, to see how much the
clients appreciated how the vision for Mekong
cruising should be,” he added.
Travel Indochina has exclusive inventory on
sailings through to 2013, including an exclusive
New Year’s Eve Charter, where there are only
four of the 26 cabins left.
