(Served onboard its river cruise ships)
Ingredients
•300g Egg Yolk
• 300gr Eggwhite
• 100gr Sugar
• 100gr Milk
• 300gr Flour
• 5gr Salt
• 10gr Lemon
• 30gr Vanilla Sugar
• 30gr Raisins soaked in Rum
• 35gr Butter
Preparation
Mix salt, lemon, egg yolk, vanilla sugar
and milk together. Add the flour and stir
under until the dough comes creamy. Whisk
the egg white together with the sugar
until it is stiff. Fold the egg white under
the dough and bake it in a pan. Add the
rum raisins and turn the omelette before
you cut it.
