CAPTAIN COOK CRUISES IS ENCOURAGING CRUISERS
to take a trip down the Murray River
this season, by offering 25% off all of its Murray
voyages between June and August 2011.
The voyages take place onboard CCC’s
iconic paddle wheeler, the PS Murray
Princess which was designed as a replica of
the traditional paddle wheelers that cruised
the Murray in the 1800’s.
The three, four and seven-night voyages
take in the towering limestone cliffs,
picturesque gorges, mallee scrub and red
gum forests which line the Murray’s edge,
and provide plenty of exciting day trips to
historic ports, vineyards and sacred Aboriginal
sites, as well as stops at a sheep station and
woolshed and a native wildlife shelter.
The three-night Discovery Cruise departs
every Friday and is priced from $583pp
(usually $777pp); whilst the four-night
Outback Heritage Cruise departs Mannum
every Monday and is priced from $780pp
(usually $1039 per person) and the sevennight
Murraylands & Wildlife Cruise departs
Mannum every Friday and Monday and is
priced from $1200pp (usually $1599pp).
The discounts are applicable on bookings
before the 31 August, for travel between 01
