KIWI BORN CAPTAIN CRISTOPHER RYND HAS BEEN
handed the helm of Cunard, as its newly
appointed fleet Commodore.
Rynd, a Sydney resident, takes over from
outgoing Commodore Bernard Warner who
retired from the position last month.
Captain Rynd began his seafaring life in
1970 with P&O, and his past commands
have included Royal Princess, Pacific Princess,
Regal Princess, Pacific Sky, Sapphire Princess,
Queen Elizabeth 2 and Queen Mary 2.
