friends are now able to track the location of
any of Scenic Tours’ ‘Space-ships’ cruising
within the European waterways, with the
launch of a new online public portal.
Combining on-board global positioning
systems with Google Maps, the website
features a map of European waterways, with
each ship marked as a coloured dot.
Users can move their mouse over each dot
to find out the name of the ship, as well as
the date, cruising speed and location.
Each ship also has its own page where
users can see a more detailed map, as well
as its location, speed and regularly updated
on-board photos.
