| New VP to oversee entertainment & enrichment for all Crystal vessels

Crystal Cruises has announced the appointment of Keith Cox as vice president of entertainment and enrichment. In his new role, Cox will oversee onboard enrichment and entertainment programs across all Crystal brand extensions, including Crystal Cruises, Crystal Yacht Cruises, Crystal River Cruises and Crystal AirCruises.  This portfolio includes acclaimed informative programs like the Ocean Views panel discussion and debate series led by world experts; individually renowned world leaders and experts; and digital filmmaking courses, as well as elaborate stage productions.

Cox comes to Crystal following four years with Costa Cruises in Genova, Italy, where he created and brought numerous production shows to the stage, most specifically geared toward international audiences. Prior to this, with major U.S.-based cruise lines, he successfully implemented multiple innovative programs, establishing a wide variety of entertainment programs.  Reporting directly to recently announced SVP of operations and total guest satisfaction, Christian Sauleau, Cox will be based in Crystal’s Miami branch office effective today, July 18.
