OCEANIA Cruises’ Regatta will visit
Australasian waters for the first time ever in
Feb and Mar 2012, and to celebrate the cruise
line is offering shipboard credit of US$400 on
selected departures.
Regatta underwent an extensive upgrade
under the ‘Pillars of Distinction’ program in
August last year, with the company saying the
visit will “reaffirm with Australian cruising
enthusiasts why Oceania is the world’s only
upper premium cruise line”.
The 684-guest capacity ship offers a
passenger to staff ratio of just 1.7:1 and has
plenty of pampering available in the onboard
Canyon Ranch SpaClub.
Australasian calls will take place during the
‘Coral Seas and Australian Adventure’ – a 21-
day voyage from Auckland to Sydney visiting
ports in the South Pacific, New Zealand, the
Whitsundays, Great Barrier Reef and Sydney.
The cruise is priced from A$6045 per person
twin share including port taxes, government
fees and gratuities.
There’s also the ‘Jewels of the Pacific’
departing Sydney 29 Mar 2012 and cruising to
Papeete in Tahiti – visiting Melbourne, Hobart,
Tauranga and Wellington along the way.
