region will mean a 25% increase in HAL’s
capacity compared to previous seasons.
Oosterdam will join Volendam in regional
waters on 24 Oct, marking the first time that
HAL has had two ships sailing in the region
simultaneously.
Speaking in the lead-up to Oosterdam’s
arrival Tony Archbold, Holland America Line’s
Sydney-based Director of Sales said “Since
opening our dedicated Australian sales office
last August, the number of Australians sailing
with us in the South Pacific and in overseas
destinations has grown impressively”.
