KEEPING fit.
One Australian great-grandmother is
inspiring older Aussies to keep fit, a trend
which may see a rise in demand for onboard
fitness programs for older cruise passengers.
The 90-year old Edna Shepherd is a
regular at her Melbourne gym, taking an
aqua class every day, as well as sweating it
out in aerobics, tai chi and body pump classes.
