THE WOMAN LOVES HER FINGERNAILS.
Popular US rapper, Foxy Brown, was
ejected off Royal Caribbean’s Voyager of
the Seas’ 20 Mar seven-night Caribbean
voyage after she reportedly lost her cool
in the ship’s day-spa.
Brown was cruising onboard Voyager
as part of the annual Tom Joyner (US
radio host) ‘Listener Cruise’ contingency
and was supposed to perform for guests.
The cruise turned sour for the Foxy
lady when she rocked up to her
manicure appointment three hours late.
When informed that the salon was
unable to accommodate another nail
appointment for her on the spot, Foxy
began a tirade against staffers and was
eventually escorted back to her room
where she was placed under supervision.
She was dropped off the vessel two
days later when it arrived at the Grand
Cayman port of Georgetown.
“We put Foxy off the cruise,” Joyner
told his listeners.
“Let’s just say she got put off….You
had to really act a fool to get put off,” he
added.
Sadly this was not the first nail biting
manicure moment for Foxy, who was
charged with assault on nail salon
workers in New York in 2004 after an
argument over the bill.
FISHING JUST GOT MORE DANGEROUS!
Three men fishing for red snapper off
the Gulf of Mexico got the shock of their
lives recently when a whopping 2.4-
metre mako shark leapt out of the water
and onto the back of their boat.
The team from Captain Mark’s
Seafood in Texas had been dumping fish
entrails into the water at around 4am on
Monday morning when they were jolted
by a thrashing, thudding sound against
the back of the boat, which was suddenly
punctuated in a Jaws-like scene when a
170kg shark slammed itself onto the deck.
Unprepared for the event, the men
were unable to save the shark as it
thrashed and gnashed its teeth, as they
could not lift it.
“We had to use a forklift to get it off
the boat when we got to the dock,” one
of the fishermen said.
