THE Danish port of Aarhus has moved its
cruise quay closer to the city centre, meaning
that cruisers can walk to the city in just a few
minutes.
The new location will be in operation from
Apr to Oct, and includes a tent with a
10,000m2 reception area.
The move is due to large scale building
projects going on in the port, with Nicolai
Kroyer, chief commercial officer of Port of
Aarhus saying that the “location is no longer at
its optimum”.
“Now we have created a more dedicated
cruise offer,” he added.
