ROYAL Caribbean International (RCI) has revealed a line up of short Caribbean getaways, with eight ships to set sail on weekend and mid-week cruises, beginning later this year.
The season will see Allure of the Seas (pictured), the first Oasis Class ship to sail three-to-four-night cruises, home port from Florida year-round, cruising to the Bahamas and Perfect Day at CocoCay from Orlando until Jul, and then settling in Miami for the remainder of the year.
Mariner of the Seas set sail from RCI’s new terminal in Texas for the first time on four- and five-night escapes visiting tropical destinations like Costa Maya and Cozumel.
The two headline ships will be joined by Independence of the Seas, Navigator of the Seas, Enchantment of the Seas, Grandeur of the Seas, Liberty of the Seas, and Voyager of the Seas from four different cities in Florida, Texas, and California.
Travellers can have their pick of one-of-a-kind vacations that feature stops at idyllic locales in the Eastern and Western Caribbean, including destinations like Puerto Plata, Roatan, Puerto Vallarta, and more.
The short Caribbean cruises in 2024-2025 are now open for bookings on RCI’s website HERE.
RCI also recently began construction of its second Icon-class ship, which is officially underway (CW 17 Feb).
Arriving in 2025, the start of the vessel’s production was marked in Turku last week.
