Travelmarvel has made major enhancements its Russia River Cruising program for 2015 with the addition of six full charters on the newly refurbished ms Yesenin, new land and rail journeys and a range of new Insider Experiences.
According to Travelmarvel General Manager, David Cox, the increased program will help the premium cruise and tour operator better cater to increased demand, “Russia is a popular destination for our guests and last year we sold all our product in record time. To help our travel agency partners, we’ve increased our inventory for 2015, along with the breadth of itineraries and travel styles, and we look forward to working with them to achieve another successful sales season for Russia river cruising.”
The core itinerary on the program is the 12-day Treasures of Russia Cruise between Moscow and St Petersburg. Sailing aboard the recently refurbished ms Yesenin – which with just 49 cabins is around half the size of other riverships operating in Russia – guests will visit the Golden Ring cities of Uglich and Yaroslavl, explore the ancient wooden architecture at world heritage-listed Kizhi Island and cruise the serene Lake Ladoga.
Priced from just $4,695 per person, twin share, guests enjoy two of Travelmarvel’s Insider Experiences – unique sightseeing opportunities that offer special stays, local insights and memorable meals. These include a visit to a Russian family’s rural home with a vodka and caviar tasting.
