CLIA Australasia has revealed details of the Cruise360 2018 program.
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia has announced full details of this year’s Cruise360 conference, including plans for a social media workshop.
The session will be presented by social media strategist Jordana Borensztajn who will help delegates understand how to use relevant platforms to grow their business and drive sales.
The conference will also include four breakout sessions featuring panels of industry experts.
Panel topics include the changing demographic of cruise passengers, how to tackle customer concerns and address some cruise myths, opportunities for agents in the small ship sector and how to grow sales by maximising relationships with cruise lines.
More than 500 delegates are expected to attend Cruise360 2018, which will take place on Fri 31 Aug at the Hyatt Regency Sydney.
