The VP International Sales for Oceania Cruises will relocate to South Florida after more than a decade at the cruise line’s Sydney office.
Jason Worth will assume the new role of VP Brand Finance and Strategy for Oceania and Regent. According to his LinkedIn profile, Worth has been in the Sydney office since 2011.
Steve Odell, SVP and Chief Sales Officer for Regent, will transition to a new role as SVP International and Consumer Sales for both Oceania and Regent under the changes. Odell will lead the international sales teams as well as the consumer and onboard sales teams at each brand.
Meanwhile in the US, Nathan Hickman will transition from SVP Marketing at Oceania Cruises into a broader role as Chief Commercial Officer for the brand. At Regent, Wes D’Silva will expand his current role as SVP Revenue Management into the position of Chief Commercial Officer.
The leadership changes were announced by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ recently appointed Chief Luxury Officer, Jason Montague, in a note supplied to trade partners.
