PRINCESS Cruises is hoping to strengthen its Australian trade relations with a reorganisation of its local sales team.
Strategic changes to Princess’ sales functions include the creation of five new State Manager leadership positions to strengthen support for advisors.
In addition, there will be expanded Key Account and National Account management and Sales Analytics teams, and a Sales Operations Support Group.
Director of Sales & Marketing Nick Ferguson and Head of Sales Operations Brett Wendorf will remain in place, leading State Managers Helen Mezzen (Queensland), Emma Pequin (Western Australia), Rachaelle Tyrrell (New South Wales/ACT) and Jared Voss (Victoria/Tasmania), with roles covering South Australia and the NT to be announced in time.
David Craven, who formerly held the position of Queensland Business Development Manager, has been promoted to Key Account Manager, where he will work alongside fellow KAM Shaun Kavanagh to drive strategic planning and marketing support to large accounts within the longstanding Carnival Australia Partnership program.
Elly Eves has also been promoted to Sales Operations Specialist, where she will manage a number of Princess’ more specialised distribution channels, and provide distribution operation support.
Working alongside her will be former Victoria/Tasmania and Western Australia Business Development Manager, Jackie Schurmann, who moves into a Sales Specialist role leading a number of IT projects for the Sales Team.
