FOLLOWING last week’s report about new
safari river cruises in Africa (CW, 24 Jan) APT
wishes to clarify that while it partners with
Amawaterways in European river cruising,
Amawaterways does not sell its Africa product
out of Australia and APT does not book the
APT Zambezi Queen cruises with
Amawaterways.
APT also clarifies that it is not marketing
AmaWaterways’ safari cruise options ‘Stars of
Africa’, ‘African Sunsets’ and ‘Golden Trails of
Africa’.
APT confirms it does have a cruise down
Botswana’s Chobe River included its 19-day
‘South Africa Highlights and Zambezi Queen
River Safari’ package, which “is selling very
well.”
