CRUISE Lines International Association’s (CLIA) Cruise360 has announced a huge line-up of 10 international speakers, the most ever for the annual conference, to be held in Brisbane this year.
CLIA’s line-up of speakers will include new Windstar Cruises Managing Director Helen Beck (pictured), Cunard Senior Vice President North America & Australia Liz Fettes; and Celebrity Cruises Vice President International Giles Hawke.
Also joining the conference will be Princess Cruises Director Deployment & Itinerary Planning Debbie Holbrook; Disney Cruise Line Vice President International Sales & Marketing Jeff van Langeveld; MSC Cruises & Explora Journeys Vice President International Sales Antonio Paradiso; and Swan Hellenic Expedition Operations Manager Jane Wilson.
Returning to Australia will be Regent Seven Seas Cruises & Oceania Cruises Senior Vice President International & Consumer Sales Steve Odell, who recently relocated to Miami to take up his current role.
Also on the billing will be AmaWaterways co-founder, co-owner and Executive Vice President Kristin Karst.
The event will also include CLIA President & Chief Executive Officer Bud Darr, who will deliver a keynote state-of-the-industry address (CW 25 Jun).
CLIA MD Joel Katz told CW this year’s Cruise360 will provide an unprecedented opportunity to learn from industry experts from around the world.
“Cruise360 is an essential forum for our industry as we unite to discuss our strengths, challenges and future direction,” he said.
“Never before have we had so many visiting speakers from other parts of the world, giving us a rare opportunity to consider our future in a global context and to learn from the overseas experience,” Katz added.
Cruise360 returns to Brisbane next month for the second time in three years. MS
