HX has restructured its executive team, which will see Chief Commercial Officer Alex Delmare-White depart the business, Cruise Weekly can reveal.

“This new structure was carefully designed and agreed with the full executive team, reflecting a shared belief that a flatter, more streamlined leadership approach is right for the global business we have become,” a company spokesperson said.
 

Delamere-White said, “It has been a privilege to be part of HX’s journey and to work alongside such a talented and committed team. I am proud of what we have achieved together in establishing HX as a standalone business and in building strong foundations for the future.” 

HX said the new structure supported its strategic focus to ensure greater agility, and positioned it for “long-term success”.

It is understood there is no impact to the Australian team.
