The expedition cruise line is joining the industry body for the first time as a stand-alone company.
Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has welcomed HX Expeditions to its local fold, joining as a Regional Expedition/Ocean Cruise Line member.
HX will now be a part of CLIA’s extensive travel agent training and events program, and will be represented in CLIA’s advocacy initiatives across government and industry throughout the region.
HX recently split from its sister brand Hurtigruten, nine years after the company left CLIA in what was described as a “strategic choice” for the cruise line.
