Norwegian Cruise Line President David Herrera has exited his role according to reports overnight from the United States, with a search for his replacement under way.
Herrera has led Norwegian for the past two years, with a statement linking the change to the cruise line’s “continued strategic evolution” as well as the focus on its Charting the Course Strategy and 2026 targets.
Former Norwegian President Harry Sommer will guide the brand in the interim, in addition to his role as head of the cruise line’s parent company NCLH.
