The new structure sees Lisa Pile given oversight for Oceania sales in Asia, supported by three regional leaders in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Long-serving Regent Seven Seas Cruises Vice President and General Manager, Lisa Pile, will add Oceania Cruises to her remit following an organisational restructure at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in Australia.
Pile will become Vice President Sales Asia for Oceania Cruises, in addition to her existing duties with Regent.
The revised structure will see sales professional Constance Seck return to the company in the role of Director of Sales, Southeast Asia for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, based in Singapore and reporting to Pile.
Holly Kong will take on a similar role as Director of Sales for North Asia, based in Hong Kong, while Munetoshi Kurihara will perform the same duties in Tokyo for the Japan market.
James Sitters will remain in his current role of Director of Sales, Australia & New Zealand at Oceania Cruises.
“By creating a dual-branded sales force in Asia under Lisa’s bold leadership, we will be better positioned to serve our trade partners and guests,” said Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises Senior Vice President International and Consumer Sales, Steve Odell.
