Newly renovated Star Breeze to sail down under in 2020/21.
Winstar Cruises has just announced the expansion of its global sailing footprint, with the 2020/21 deployment of the 312-passenger Star Breeze in Australia and New Zealand.
The all-suite ship will offer Windstar’s “Signature Expeditions” range of adventures and active enrichment, with kayaks and Zodiacs launched from the ship and an onboard team of expedition leaders.
A total of six itineraries and nine departures will be on offer during the season from November 2020 through until February 2021, while Windstar has also revealed that its Tahiti-based Wind Spirit will visit Australia in 2020.
Windstar President, John Delaney said “Announcing cruises to an entirely new continent on small ship voyages, as only Windstar does them, is a major move for the company and exciting news for our guests who are seeking out new places to explore.
“Australia and New Zealand cruises will allow us to present these destinations in the most authentic way possible,” he said.
