Safari Cruises, is enticing guests to book its
seven-night and 11-night Alaskan voyages this
upcoming summer season, with a line-up of
complementary shore tours.
The Alaskan adventure sails roundtrip from
Juneau and takes guests to Glacier Bay and
Tracy Arm Fjord with visits to Sitka, Hoonah
and Petersburg.
At each port of call the cruise line will offer
two or three tours covering a wide variety of
interests.
Examples of the shore tours on offer include
a jet boat excursion on the fastest navigable,
free-flowing river in North America, the Stikine
River, affording ample opportunities for
spotting wildlife such as moose, deer, bald
eagles and brown and black bears.
Further tour examples include the Tribal
Dance and Cultural Legends Excursion where
guests gather at the Heritage Center Native
Theater for a performance showcasing the rich
heritage of a people shaped by the wild lands
and inland seas of southeast Alaska.
